Book Your Appointment

For your convenience, we now offer you the opportunity to book your appointment using our automated system, we will confirm your appointment information via e-mail within 24 hours along with additional instructions and driving directions if applicable.

We will e-mail you in the unlikely event that your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

After you pay for your session deposit, please book your appointment below. You will need your order # (provided in the order confirmation page and in the order confirmation e-mail).

Please add no_reply@genbook.com to your e-mail's whitelist (approved senders list) to ensure that you receive your appointment confirmation e-mail.

Please note that most types of appointments require a deposit, your time slot will not be confirmed until your deposit is received.

This system allows you to book an appointment a minimum of 12 hours in advance to allow us enough time to be ready to properly serve you. We may have availability for a phone or internet reading or remote healing session on shorter notice, please e-mail us if interested and we'll do our best to accomodate.

There are appointments available outside of business hours (early morning, night and Sundays) with 15% surcharge, please e-mail us to schedule.

You can cancel your appointment up to 12 hours prior by using the link provided in your appointment confirmation e-mail.  Less than 12 hours prior to your appointment you can cancel by sending an e-mail or leaving a message at 305-851-3JOY.

Please note that the deposit is forfeited if cancelling or changing the appointment less than 3 days prior to the appointment date.
